This Privacy Policy explains how Tartib Sohibi ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Tartib Sohibi mobile application (the "App") distributed via Google Play.
1) Information We Collect
A) Information you provide
Registration / profile information (no password): When you register or update your profile, we collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Gender
- Date of birth (birthday)
We use gender and birthday to determine and calculate features related to the start date of praying within the App.
Email login (OTP): When you log in using your email, we use your email address to send you a one-time password (OTP) / verification code through our backend. We do not require you to create or submit a password.
Support information: If you contact us, we collect your email address and the information you include in your message.
B) Information collected automatically
We may collect limited technical information such as:
- Device type/model and operating system version
- App version
- Basic diagnostic/log information (for example, for troubleshooting and improving stability)
C) Location information (optional)
The App may request access to approximate and/or precise location (depending on permissions you grant). If you allow location access, we use it to:
- Calculate and display prayer times for your current area
- Support the compass/Qibla feature
If you do not grant location permission, the App will still work, but some features may be limited:
- Compass/Qibla may not work
- Prayer times may use a default location (Tashkent) instead of your current location
You can enable/disable location access anytime in your device settings.
2) How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Create and manage your account/profile
- Calculate the start date of praying using your provided gender and birthday
- Send OTP verification codes via our backend to authenticate you
- Provide and maintain the App's features
- Provide optional location-based functionality (prayer times by current area, compass/Qibla)
- Improve performance, fix bugs, and maintain security
- Respond to support requests
- Comply with legal obligations
3) Where Your Data Is Stored
- Your account/profile data (name, email, gender, birthday) is stored on our backend servers (or backend infrastructure) so your account can work across sessions/devices.
- The App may also store some data locally on your device to improve performance and user experience.
4) Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information only:
- With service providers who help operate our backend and infrastructure (for example, hosting and email delivery), under confidentiality and security obligations
- To comply with legal requirements or lawful requests
- To protect the rights, safety, and security of users and the App
- In connection with a business transfer (merger, acquisition, or sale of assets), where permitted by law
5) Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your account using the following link:

When you request deletion, we will delete (or anonymize) your account data in accordance with applicable laws and legitimate retention requirements.
6) Data Retention
- We retain account/profile data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App and comply with legal obligations.
- OTP codes are short-lived and are retained only as long as necessary for authentication and security.
7) Security
We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8) Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
9) Your Choices and Rights
You can:
- Disable Location permission in your device settings at any time (the App will use the default location Tashkent for prayer times)
- Access and update your profile information (where available)
- Delete your account via: https://test.tartib-sohibi.uz/account/delete
- Uninstall the App at any time

10) Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version and update the effective date above.
